Kane  had a successful innings in the Baby and Puppy age classes where he took out multiple Baby In Show and Puppy In Show awards along with numerous age in group awards. Since entering the adult classes he has continued to do well and gained his champ title with ease.  He is a multiple Best of Group (Group 1) winner and always attracts the judges eye. 

Kane qualified for the Pro-Plan Puppy of the Year competition in 2007.  This is a prestigious event where dogs have to win Best Puppy In Show awards to qualify.  Kane made it right through to the last round and was awarded Runner-up to the winning puppy (a Siberian Husky).

Kane now leads the life of a much loved family pet with the Keely family in Wellington.  He much prefers life on the couch to life in the show ring (sook!).  He is BAER tested Bi-lateral and has full dentition.
